We searched long for a summerhome in Italy, Spain, France, also in Southeast Asia, but finally found our paradise in the old country, Turkey. It is well hidden, yet central, between the famous touristic places of Antalya and Fethiye is Kalkan.

Kalkan is virtually free from the dull mass tourism but neither is missing tourists, fun, culture, historical sites or other activities a summer paradise should offer.

This is where the genuine Turkish hospitality comes into its right. The well-developed Turkish cuisine is appreciated by those who come here. The remains of antiquity, including Lycians history is interesting, it is considered the first democratic state in the history.
